AEY Systems Ltd (company number 17535175), 30–34 North Street, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 1DW, is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy by writing to that address.

What we collect

When you download our playbook: your first name, email address, trade, and your mobile number if you give it.
When you book a walkthrough: your name, business name, phone, email, trade, best time to call and anything you tell us in your message.
Basic information about how you reached our website, such as the advert or campaign you clicked.

How we use it

To give you the playbook and follow up about it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked for it, and a short follow-up is expected.
To arrange and hold your walkthrough. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.
To send occasional emails with AI tips, only if you tick the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
To understand which of our adverts work, using campaign information in the link you clicked.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our website, email and systems, such as our hosting provider and Microsoft 365. They act on our instructions and must keep your information secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, when our customer terms apply. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to us at the address above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
